Where is my Order?

What does the order status tell me?

The following terms explain the 5 stages of the order process:

Processing:
Cingular Wireless/AT&T is currently processing your order. If your credit is approved and we are able to collect payment from your credit card or checking account, your order will normally ship within 24-48 hours. If, upon review of your credit history, your order is not approved, we will notify you.

Verifying:
Additional Information Needed: There has been a problem in processing your order and you should have received notification via phone or email. We will need additional information from you in order to ship your AT&T cell phone. Please check your email and home voicemail, and
send us the necessary information. Not all orders will require this step.

Credit Approved:
Your order has been approved by Cingular Wireless/AT&T. If you provided a valid form of payment, your phone will be activated and shipped within the next 24-48 hours.

Authorizing Payment:
Cingular Wireless/AT&T has approved your order and we are currently attempting to collect the necessary payment from your credit card/checking account. Once we collect payment, we will ship your phone within the next 24-48 hours.

Shipped:
Your order has been shipped. You may track your order by calling us at 1-888-410-4479.
